[CO]here Day 8
Full Moon Gathering Tonight!
Welcome to Day 8 of [CO]here!
“We are the leaders we have been waiting for.”
-adrienne marie brown
It felt so inspiring to hear from 11 local community activators during the Spark lightning sessions on ways to be tending collective wellbeing. Huge gratitude to the projects and visions they are anchoring: from closing the loop on food waste and recycling glass, to offering dynamic spaces for connection and creatives, and shaping patterns of governance and housing.
We wanted to share this beautiful video from the Kickoff Party made by Earth Coast Productions and Yanni Caparis. We invite everyone to join us this Sunday for the final COhere event: a collective harvest, story sharing and celebratory honoring of a more woven web. The Closing Party will be Sunday from 4-9 PM at the Riverside with organically grown beats from River Mann and Frog Rock, dinner, cacao, art, and a (free) clothing swap!
The calendar for tomorrow and Saturday are also full of beautiful offerings. We hope to see you soon!
